The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
The estimate time for deliver is (BUSINESS DAYS):
3-7 days for Italy
7-20 days for European countries
10-40 days for USA-Canada-Mexico
15-60 days Other countries
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, from period and weather.
Take note that these are WORKING DAYS, so are excluded weekends, holidays and so on.
In Christmas period the deliver time is longer, so please do your purchases carefully. (for USA customers, in Christmas shipping can take from 15 to 50 days because of the weather conditions in New York and big amounts of packs travelling)
Everything purchased or shipped after December 5th I can't ensure that will arrive in time for Christmas.
The time that a pack take to be delivered (after shipping) not depends from my will, but from postal service.
This mean that before contact me with "I not got the item" have to be passed the complete estimate time.
- A pack can be considered lost after 60 days.
If a pack is lost it's possible ask a re deliver. Shipping cost will be splitted between me and you.
- If a pack is unclaimed and is sent back to me by postal service, a new deliver is made after the receipt of a new payment for the shipping costs.
If you ask a refund it will be made without the shipping cost and/or taxes i had to pay to get the pack.
- I ship only at the address you gave to etsy/paypal.
If the address you provided is wrong or not complete, redeliver will be made only after the receiving of the payment for a new shipping.
It's possible receive a refund, but it will be made without the shipping cost and/or taxes i had to pay to get the pack.
It's your care check that the address you provided to Etsy it's correct.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request a customized item?
If you want a change on one of my items or have an idea in mind that you don't see displayed in my store, message me and I'll see what I can do. I love working with you to create new things!
Custom orders could take 7-15 days for polymer clay items and 2-5 weeks for plushies.
The creation of your custom creation will start only after the purchase and payment of the listing.
Contact me for a price quotation for your custom changes. The price may vary based on the kind of changes required.
Are your polymer clay charms fragile? Are they meant for childrens?
No, but they are not unbreakable. I use professional grade polymer clay and reinforce all my charms with armature wire and liquid clay. This gives them a good base and fuses all parts together. With that being said they are durable against accidental drops on the ground and normal wear and tear. Treat them as fine jewelry.
I do not recommend them for smaller children under the age 6. Small parts can be chewed off and can cause a choking hazard.
When can i expect to receive my order?
Processing times may vary depending on the amount of orders i've at the same time, but I always try my best to get orders out as quickly as possible without rushing the handmade process.
ALWAYS contact me directly if you need your item by a specific date, and I will try my best to get it to you by then (within reason). If I don't know when you need it then there's not much I can do.
I am a one-woman operation, and do all of the designing, creating, finishing, packaging, and shipping myself.
With that being said, right now processing times (the amount of time from when I get your order to when I mail it) are around 1-2 weeks. If you need an item before a specific date, please send me a message BEFORE placing an order.
My item is not exactly the same as pictured, why?
The product you will receive will not be exactly like the ones pictured. Each creation is individual, even if I use the same colors of clay! This is part of what makes them charming and uniquely special.
